We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside to help our team identify your order.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our warehouse.
